Requirements

- Previous experience in technical support or related field (2+ years).
- Proven experience supporting enterprise software solutions, ideally SPM, SFA, CRM, PRM applications.
- Preferred prior working experience on technologies like Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, SnapLogic, Anaplan, Jira and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in English and very good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects multi-functionally.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to explain sophisticated concepts simply.
- University degree with 2-5 years of relevant domain experience

Responsibilities

- Effectively communicate with internal customers via email, phone and other electronic methods to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent relationships with internal customers.
- Learn our business process & technical stack (including but not limited to Power BI, PowerApps, SQL, SnapLogic, Anaplan, Jira and SharePoint) to perform in-depth troubleshooting to identify root cause while understanding the customer’s pain points and communicating with them in the manner most appropriate.
- Triaging Support requests and being able to handle L1 and L2 issues.
- Debugging of technical issues resulting from configuration / code and provide workarounds.
- Create and maintain user guides / tech desk operation procedures / data dictionaries and other documentation.
- Provide basic training to end users
