Cerinte
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Amazon Seller / Amazon Specialist or similar role in eCommerce.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and the tools used to manage listings, PPC, and sales performance.
Experience with Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) processes.
Familiarity with Amazon SEO techniques and best practices for optimizing product listings.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Knowledge of Amazon’s policies and best practices.
Very good level of English.
Responsabilitati
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon (including product descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing).
Analyse and monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Handle inventory optimization, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and enhancing ratings and reviews.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and overstock.
Handle customer service inquiries, reviews, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance.
Troubleshoot account issues and resolve them proactively.
Work closely with other departments (accounting, supply chain, etc.) to ensure a seamless Amazon operation.
