Cerinte

University Student / Bachelor degree preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
IT certifications or completed trainings are an advantage
Any prior HR system experience or internship is a plus
Fluent in English, other languages would be an advantage;
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with HR and other IT teams.
Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilitati

Assist in projects that enhance HR systems and processes, by performing:
- helping with HR system unit testing (new feature or changes) to ensure they work as intended
- identifying and reporting bugs or issues encountered during testing
- helping create user manuals, guides, and other documentation for new HR system features
- helping coordinate project tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and project milestones are achieved
- regularly updating project stakeholders on progress and any issues that arise



Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support:
- offer basic technical support to HR staff, helping them navigate and use HR systems effectively
- suggest IT solutions or enhancements to streamline HR processes
- monitoring & following up on the Service Now & Oracle tickets for closing the custoner-working service requests

Assist in maintaining documentation for HR IT processes:
- ensuring all procedures are well-documented and accessible:
- identifying areas for improvement
- clean-up & organize sharepoint folders
