Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar industries, preferably packaging, production, cleaning or construction;
Higher education, preferably in the economic field;
Good communication skills in English;
Proficient in PC operations (Word, Excel);
Flexibility, organized nature, and proactive attitude;
Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge and prioritize activities;
Experience in positions involving interaction with suppliers is an advantage, as well as operating within an ERP system;
Category B driving license;
Availability for both domestic and international travel.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the supplier and item database in the ERP system;
Create reports and commercial analyses;
Study the market and understand the specific needs of consumers as well as analyze the competition;
Analyze and anticipate trends and market development directions;
Centralize purchase price changes and all promotional offers;
Maintain contact with internal and external suppliers: place orders and inquire about their status;
Ensure effective communication between the Procurement Department and other departments.
