As a Service Owner for OTSM (Operational Technology Service Management), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the OTSM service. You will plan and adjust service costs, monitor internal processes, and ensure that service quality meets the required standards. You will work closely with various departments and external partners to ensure smooth service design, implementation and delivery. Your role will involve overseeing the implementation of ITIL practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Service Management: Take responsibility for managing OT services and ensuring that service quality meets the required standards.

ITIL Practices: Implement and oversee ITIL practices to enhance service management.

Cost Planning: Plan and adjust service costs to ensure efficient use of resources.

Process Monitoring: Monitor internal processes and identify opportunities for optimization.

Oversee the OT hardware catalogue service offering: Ensure the management and optimization of the OT hardware catalogue

Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.

Customer Focus: Listen to our internal customers and align service priorities

What You Bring

Expertise: Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and Service Management.

Experience: Several years of experience in managing OT services and collaborating with various departments and external partners.

Skills: Decision-making, problem-solving skills, and coordination of third-party providers.

ITIL Training: ITIL training is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in network technology, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
