Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

· Very good level of Italian language (both written and spoken)- C1 level

· Have a medium level of ︀English - B1 level

· Customer orientated mind set with focus on problem solving

· Attention to details

· Good computer skills

· Patience and proactivity

· Availability to work from our headquarters in Iasi

Represents an advantage if you have previous experience in customer support or in travel industry

Responsabilitati

What you will do in this role

As a Travel Customer Support on our team, you will:

· Provide solutions to clients’ issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience

· Offer customer service by providing information about travel aspects (flight cancellation, booking tickets, refunds, discounts, destinations, etc)

· Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience
