Requirements
Compliance Officer certification or AML compliance certification;
Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field;
+3 years experience in compliance or a related field;
English knowledge advanced;
Regulatory Knowledge and Legal Acumen;
Legal and regulatory expertise;
Microsoft Office knowledge, Microsoft Office, MS word & Power Point.

Role: As Compliance Officer - Fixed term contract up to 2 years, you need to foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization, promoting legal and ethical practices.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring an organization’s adherence to the applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies;
Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents;
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities;
Reporting to Management;
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters;
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
