Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Requirements

For This Role, You Will Need:
 Completed bachelor's studies;
 Strong analytical skills;
 Good verbal and written communication skills in German (B2 minimum) and English.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
 Previous work experience;
 Knowledge of any additional language (Dutch, French, Spanish or Italian);

Responsibilities

 Checking all information and guarantee their accuracy in registering orders
 Analyzing the orders as per the process defined to be in conformity with the sales agreements
and quality procedures
 Checking feasibility of customer request in terms of lead times, certificates and documents
required
 Archiving documents or orders in files
 Requesting the codification of items if necessary
 Ensuring that all orders respect the Company Policy and standards, Trade Compliance and Record
Retention
 Contributing to back up and organisation specific for critical business processes
