    Responsabilitati

    • Full recruitment process including: direct search, phone interviewing, job interviewing, selected the
    proper candidates in order to create a short list of people which are best suited for the position, regular
    communication with candidates and clients;
    • Using various tools (internal database, LinkedIn) to build lists of candidates and sources relevant to
    specific assignments
    • Initial telephone calls with potential candidates, building detailed pictures of their career history,
    motivations, and expectations
    • Build a network of high-caliber candidates and sources who you can tap into for future assignments
    and information gathering
    • Maintain and grow our internal database to make sure our market intelligence is kept up-to-date and
    applicable
    • Giving feedback after the face-to-face interviews
