    As a Finance & Administrative Specialist in a production company, you play a critical role in managing both the financial and administrative operations, ensuring that accounting processes, financial reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks run smoothly. Your work ensures that financial control is maintained and that all administrative functions support the overall efficiency of the company.

    What We Expect from You:
    • University Degree in a relevant field (business, finance, accounting, economics)
    • At least 2 years of experience in finance or controlling, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment
    • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting and financial principles
    • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience using SAP or other ERP systems considered an advantage
    • Strong English language skills (writing, reading, and speaking)

    Responsabilitati

    Key Responsibilities:
    Financial Responsibilities:
    • Managing accounting documents – Recording invoices, bank statements, expense reports, and other financial documents in compliance with tax regulations.
    • Support for monthly and annual closing – Preparing and reviewing the trial balance, making adjustments, and collaborating with the finance team for the accounting close.
    • Managing payments and collections – Monitoring cash flow, maintaining relationships with banks, and processing payments to suppliers.
    • Account reconciliation – Verifying and aligning accounting balances with partners (suppliers, clients, banks).
    • Financial analysis and reporting – Preparing periodic financial reports for management (production costs, cash flow, budgets, etc.).
    • Support for audits and tax reporting – Ensuring compliance with tax requirements and providing support for internal and external audits.
    • Cost optimization – Identifying solutions to reduce operational costs and improve profitability.
    Administrative Responsibilities:
    • Managing administrative resources – Overseeing the procurement of equipment, office supplies, and other operational necessities.
    • Coordinating human resources activities – Supporting employment contracts, payroll, benefits, and liaising with authorities.
    • Logistics and operational support – Ensuring that the necessary documents for transportation, procurement, and deliveries are in order.
    • Interacting with public institutions – Reporting to authorities such as the National Institute of Statistics, the National Bank of Romania, ANAF, or other relevant institutions.
    • Document management – Organizing the physical and electronic archive of financial and administrative documents.
