The role of WEDOHR as a provider of recruitment services for our clients is to enable partners to focus on business development and take on the role of identifying and attracting the most suitable candidates for partner organisations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in both Romanian and English.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsabilitati
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all employee-related documents, including employment contracts, addendums, and termination decisions.
• Manage updates and modifications to employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee relationships with suppliers of PSI (Fire Safety), SSM (Occupational Health and Safety), and Medicina Muncii (Occupational Medicine).
• Manage processes related to foreign employees, including interactions with the General Inspectorate for Immigration (IGI).
• Oversee salary processing and ensure that compensation practices are aligned with company policies and legislative requirements.
• Post job announcements and actively recruit for open positions across the company.
• Coordinate internal evaluations, training programs, and skill-building initiatives.
• Lead efforts to obtain certifications such as Ecovadis and Great Place to Work.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management regarding workforce structure and employee evolution.
• Update and manage ROI reports, incorporating changes due to legislative updates.
• Update and create internal work procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Actively participate in the improvement of HR processes and practices.
• Communicate and collaborate with the Group on HR-related CSR policies and practices.
