PMO for Business Capability Manufacturing and Value Center Manufacturing

A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role, you will coordinate the Business Alignment Board for Business Capability Manufacturing, working closely with the Global Process Owner for Manufacturing and other business partners. You will be responsible for clarifying, validating, and verifying all manufacturing related demands and applications registered in APM. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting, collaborating, and driving various initiatives and tasks within the department.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to supervise critical metrics across the Manufacturing area.
• Lead all aspects of the clarification, validation, and verification of all demands and applications registered in APM assigned to BC Manufacturing
• Align all manufacturing related applications to the Digital Application Landscape in collaboration with the BC Manufacturing architect and develop future strategies for each new application.
• Serve as the Point of Contact for several initiatives, coordinating them with various colleagues to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with the team to develop and outline strategic plans for the VC M, crafting engaging presentations for various partner meetings and supporting the head of the VC M.
• Facilitate the clarification and processing of demands within the Value Center, providing support to project managers.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, with proven proficiency in using tools such as the Microsoft Suit and SharePoint to manage and streamline project workflows.
• Demonstrated good communication skills by effectively coordinating with team members, collaborators, and external partners in previous projects, ensuring clear and consistent information flow
• Strong organizational skills to handle demands and critical administrative documents.
• Familiarity with IT applications in the manufacturing field and experience with reporting tools for supervising critical metrics.
• Proven intercultural awareness and skills, having successfully collaborated with teams across different geographies and time zones on multiple international projects
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time, including international trips to collaborate with global teams.
• Effective communication with international teams and collaborators requires proficiency in English.

The Value Center Manufacturing (VC M) is a dynamic and collaborative team that plays a crucial role in driving Siemens Energy's mission forward in the manufacturing area. The team works together to manage the BC Manufacturing and lead all aspects of the demand portfolio within the VC M. You will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of colleagues across the organization and collaborate closely with almost every team member in VC M.
