Requirements
Skills that make your work successful:
-You have advanced English language skills (B2, C1);
-Nice to have italian skills ( B1 minimum);
-You are familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;
-You are not experienced in the job field, but you want to develop your skills together with our professionals;
-You are a team player with good communication skills;
You are self-motivated, with a positive attitude and approach;
You are able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
You are responsible in a work environment.
Responsibilities
How you’ll make an impact:
-Collaborate with the local sales team;
-Provide support to the sellers through a proactive, efficient and customer friendly manner;
-Receive and validate requests for creating, activation or modification of the Customer Service Contract;
-Administer Customer Service contracts requests in Service Contracts system;
-Receive, validate and administer Customer Master Date creation/modification requests;
-Collaborate with local client's dealers for any missing or incosistent information;
-Recieve, verify and share approved Commission files;
-Creation of manual invoices/credit notes as per defined work instructions;
-Respond to queries received by email, ticket or phone;
-Prepare defined reports based on data extracted from the system;
