We're looking for a passionate HR Controller to join our team. You'll be responsible for planning, reporting, and analyzing from financial and HR perspective all people-related matters. The ideal candidate is analytical, Excel-savvy, and has a proactive, hands-on approach. If you thrive on problem-solving and efficiency, we want to hear from you!

How you will contribute

• Staff Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Analyze staff cost data from both HR and finance perspectives. Collaborate with functional areas to collect and analyze data for budget estimation. Prepare comprehensive staff cost variance analysis and presentations for management;
• Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain standard HR metrics, dashboards, and reports (e.g., FTEs, personnel costs, labor turnover). Ensure adherence to local and global reporting requirements;
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analysis and visualization to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making;
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline staff cost processes and improve data accuracy;
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure data consistency and alignment.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
• Focus on Finance or Human Resources is preferred;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling. Banking experience is a plus;
• Analytical skills, including data analysis, database management, and reporting;
• Ability to handle complex data, draw meaningful conclusions and develop effective solutions;
• Problem-solving, organizational and time management skills;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
