    • Verificarea si corectarea informatiilor din bazele de date ale organizatiei: Arhivarul se asigura ca toate inregistrarile sunt precise si actualizate, conform cerintelor interne si legale.

    • Verificarea si pregatirea documentelor fizice necesare pentru dosarele de executare si dosarele de instanta: Arhivarul se asigura ca documentele sunt completate corect si sunt organizate eficient pentru a putea fi accesibile rapid atunci cand sunt necesare.

    • Sortarea si arhivarea documentelor: Arhivarul organizeaza si stocheaza documentele intr-un mod sistematic, astfel incat sa poata fi gasite rapid si protejate de deteriorare.
