Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
Strong English skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines
Continuous improvement mindset and methodology.
Excellence in building relationships with suppliers, business partners/functions and users.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Experience with supply chain functions and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and master data tools.
Ability to manage procurement processes efficiently.
Knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and contracting fundamentals.

During this recruiting event we are seeking new colleagues to join our Contracts Execution and Purchasing Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize processes within the Source-to-Pay Ecosystem, while leveraging and enhancing your expertise in procurement, supplier relationships, and invoice management. In short, depending on the role your primary focus would be:

Payment Senior Specialist: In this role, you will manage end-to-end payment processes, while collaborating across departments, analyzing payment data for efficiency, assisting vendors, and establishing best practices to strengthen supplier relationships.
Purchasing Senior Buyer: In this role, you will manage purchasing tasks, including sourcing recommendations, pricing, procurement, data analysis, while driving supply chain optimization, deliver value, and promoting sustainability.
Contract Execution Senior Specialist: You will oversee contracts commercial execution, develop in depth mastery on end-to-end supply chains, contracts, pricing, procurement and specialized governance skills, work with solutions and analytics to enhance effectiveness
