Limba Engleza - nivel avansat;
Cunostinte operare SAP/sisteme ERP - constituie avantaj;
Cunostinte utilizare pachet MS-Office (Word, Excel).
Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare si organizare

Responsabilitati

Colecteaza si centralizeaza informatiile in scopul analizarii activitatii;
Realizeaza prezentari saptamanale, lunare, trimestriale;
Calculeaza bonusul lunar pentru personalul din productie;
Verifica pontajul lunar si se asigura ca toate documentele justificative sunt predate si semnate la timp;
Urmareste acuratetea raportarilor interne cu cele din SAP ( cantitate produsa, ore productie, randamente, timpi de oprire) si sesizeaza eventualele neconcordante;
Redacteaza rapoartele specifice si urmareste/calculeaza randamentele, asigurand acuratetea acestora.
