Qualifications:
With a minimum of 3 years of experience, an ideal Sales Manager specializing in enterprise software solutions should possess the following skills:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
o Proven experience in active prospecting and developing new relationships in the medical sector (hospitals, clinics, public institutions).
o Strong knowledge of medical devices, healthcare IT solutions, or related medical technologies.
o Strong capability to successfully navigate complex public procurement processes and prepare competitive bids for tenders.
o Excellent market research skills and the ability to identify business opportunities.
o Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
o Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.
o Resilience, proactivity, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
o B driver’s license.
Responsabilitati
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Sales Leadership:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals for the medical solutions portfolio.
o Identify growth opportunities within target markets, including hospitals, clinic and other healthcare providers.
o Manage portfolio of existing and potential clients for medical solutions.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
o Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Team
o Coach, advise and work closely with implementation, product development, postimplementation & support teams.
o Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the Healthcare industry – functional processes and best practices.
• Market Insights and Strategy:
o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform sales strategy.
o Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with product launches and promotional campaigns.
o Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by spending time close to them, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities.
• Sales Process Optimization:
o Implement effective sales processes, including CRM, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
o Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
o Achieve revenue growth by overseeing the complete sales-implementation cycle.
