Qualifications:
With a minimum of 3 years of experience, an ideal Sales Manager specializing in ERP solutions, should possess the following skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales and negotiations within the ERP Retail & Distribution industry.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Expertise in negotiating and closing complex commercial deals related to ERP solutions.
• In-depth technical understanding of ERP technologies.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborative team player, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Knowledgeable about industry trends and best practices in ERP adoption.
• Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
Responsabilitati
Some of your responsibilities would be:
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for ERP solutions in the retail and distribution sector.
• Present ERP solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating their value in optimizing retail and distribution operations.
• Coach, advise and work closely with the implementation, product, postimplementation & support teams.
• Maintain an excellent level of knowledge within the allocated industries – functional processes and best practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges and positioning our ERP solutions as the best fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to tailor sales approaches effectively.
