    Requirements

    What we expect from our new colleague:

    •Fluent written and spoken German language skills; Intermediate English level;
    •Experience in Telesales, Customer Service with product placement or Collections, outbound calls;
    •Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and engaging with clients;
    •You thrive in a target-driven environment and are motivated to achieve results;
    •Comfortable in a repetitive environment, adaptable and methodical.

    Responsibilities

    Your new role:

    •Drive sales through proactive B2C calls, engaging customers to understand their needs and coordinate branch evaluation visits;
    •Ensure client satisfaction, clarify information, research every issue and provide optimal solutions;
    •Build lasting relationships with customers, making sure their needs are met;
    •Go the extra mile to engage customers.
