    Introduction

    The Internship program is for a determined period of 3 months- full time. The candidate can be offered the option of a permanent position in IBM.

    In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


    Your role and responsibilities
    • Data Integration & ETL Development: Assist in designing, developing and maintaining data integration workflows using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools. Assist with the migraiton from ETL on-premise to ETL Cloud. 
    • Data Quality: Assist in  data cleansing, validation, and verification tasks to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Testing the migrated workflows to ensure a sucesfull migration. 
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams.
    • Documentation: Contribute to documentation for data processes, integration logic, process improvements, testing results. 

    Required education
    Bachelor's Degree
    Preferred education
    Master's Degree
    Required technical and professional expertise
    • Degree in Computer Science 
    • Knowladge of ORACLE SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python
    • Familiarity with relational database
    • Wiligness to learn about data wearehousing projects 
    • Basic understanding of data modeling concepts, e.g normalisaiton 
    • Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and a passion for working with data
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
