    Introduction

    The Internship program is for a determined period of 3 months - full time. The candidate can be offered the option of a permanent position in IBM.

    In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.


    Your role and responsibilities

    For customer’s applications, like order management, logistics, CRM, e-commerce website:

    - Test case execution;

    - Writing and updating test cases;

    - Creating knowledge documentation;

    - Reporting and tracking defects via Jira

    - Retest corrections;

    - Analysis and estimation of testing new features/ requirements;

    - Act as Team lead back-up when needed  (preparing data for test reports, conducting meetings with the client in French language);

    - Technologies and tools: Squash, JIRA, SQL, AS/400, Trello


    Required education
    Bachelor's Degree
    Preferred education
    Master's Degree
    Required technical and professional expertise
    • Final year Student or Fresh Graduate of a technical faculty
    • French and English language skills
