LOGISTICS INTERN - Beiersdorf

RESPONSABILITIES 

• Verification and monitoring of the weights related to the picks for goods delivery;
• Notifications on retailer's platforms in order to schedule goods deliveries;
• Comparison of stocks, verification of picks for the goods, verification of stock movements, identification of differences and solving them;
• Creation of SN (Shipping Notification) for goods deliveries of local and external suppliers;
• Confirmation of picks at the end of the month according to the requests from Customer Service;
• Other daily activities related to the Logistics Department (email, Teams Meetings, etc.)

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor degree in progress or finalized;
• Analytical skills and flair for numbers;
• Language: good verbal and written communication in English and Romanian
