    Fater is an Italian company, a 50/50 joint venture between Procter & Gamble and Angelini Industries. It produces and distributes cleaning products for fabrics and household surfaces under the Ace and Neoblanc brands in 38 countries across Western, Central, and Eastern Europe. In Italy, since the 1960s, it has expanded the market for personal care absorbent products and today produces and markets Pampers, Lines, Lines Specialist, and Tampaxproducts in Italy.

    Fater is a dynamic company that invests about 4% of its annual turnover in innovation. The headquarters is in Pescara; the production plants in Italy are located in Pescara and Campochiaro (CB), and abroad in Porto, Portugal, and Gebze, Turkey.

     

    We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our Finance & Administration Department in our HUB in Bucharest for an internship. We value individuals who are well-organized, have a positive working attitude, and can perform well under pressure. A minimum experience in a similar position is highly desirable.

     

    Main activities:

    • Assist with administrative processes: receiving, checking, and archiving incoming documents such as transport documents.
    • Office Operations & Facility Management: Support the management of office operations, including facility maintenance and supply coordination.
    • Order Processing & Invoicing: Ensure accurate invoicing and order processing, track invoices from suppliers, facilitate timely payments, and report packaging weight to relevant authorities on a monthly basis.
    • Customs & Legal Coordination: Maintain close communication with customs brokers, lawyers, and Italy HQ, responding to their requests, preparing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and deadlines.
    • Reporting & Compliance: Assist in preparing periodic reports for internal and external use, including audit-related documentation.
    • Process Improvement & Digitalization: Support the continuous evolution of processes within the area of responsibility, enhancing efficiency through automation and digitization when needed.

     

    What we are looking for:

    • You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
    • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • You are an organized person with a positive working attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
    • You have previous work experience, with a minimum experience in a similar position being highly desirable.
