Web Production Specialist

We are seeking a Web Production Specialist to execute web content updates on Veeam's Corporate Websites, ensuring high-quality digital experiences and supporting web production operations.  

Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, & update website content in CMS platforms 
• Support website related update requests including copy updates, images, videos, PDFs, blog posts, links, banners, etc. 
• Maintain digital assets including photo galleries, slideshows, and videos embedded in web pages 
• Execute all work requested within our tracking systems including Jira & Monday.com 
• Adhere to our web production process from intake, page creation/maintenance, QA, and publication.  
• Ensure all pages align to UI Kit and reviewed/ approved through the appropriate channels and systems before publishing 
• Identify and resolve bugs efficiently and provide recommendations to prevent them in the future 
• Support web development activities; testing pages for functionality and new enhancements 
• Stay updated on web guidelines and standards and collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence across all digital channels 

Requirements:  

• 3+ years solid experience working with Enterprise level website content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager CMS is a strong+)  
• 2+ years of solid experience in HTML 
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, meet tight deadlines with flexibility and efficiency.  
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once  
• Proficient with request tracking and project management tools (Jira and Monday.com a plus) 
• Experience with Figma 
• Experience with creating & maintaining up to date documentation (Confluence experience preferred) 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
• Self-sufficient in editing both general and specialized digital web content 
• Strong attention to detail and quality   
• Problem solving mindset with proactive & innovative approach 
• Understanding of personalized web experiences and A/B testing 
• Collaborating with Global teams across various time zones 
• Positive & professional attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• English - advanced level
