    Requirements

    TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU WILL BE USING IN YOUR DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES:

    SQL
    ● work with a multidimensional model and the OLAP concepts
    ● work with complex data flows: create data processings and calculations via stored procedures and specific functionalities, data loads via ETL processes with complex data transformation parts

    Tagetik – WEB interface and Excel Add-In Reporting interface:
    ● WEB Platform with many functionalities for the automation of financial activities that sits on top of a SQL database.
    ● Excel Add In with complex functionalities for data exploration and reporting


    WHAT SKILLS ARE NEEDED?

    ● You have a Bachelor or MSc degree in IT or Business/ Accounting
    ● Previous experience delivering software training sessions (ideally for financial applications or similar, but not mandatory).
    ● You have previous experience with creating data flows, analyzing data patterns, and working with numbers.
    ● Excellent knowledge of Excel is required.
    ● You have average/intermediate SQL skills (joins, subqueries, analytic functions)
    ● Technical mindset: must have the ability to understand how the various system components interact and be able to clearly communicate these relationships.
    ● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    ● Advanced English skills (both written and spoken) are required.
    ● Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
    ● A strong desire to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and applications.
    ● Organizational skills and the ability to manage training sessions effectively.

    Responsibilities

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    ● Deliver training sessions for new employees on the CCH Tagetik application (including the web interface and Excel Add-In).
    ● Create and update training materials and user documentation.
    ● Guide participants in understanding and applying best practices in using Tagetik for financial performance management.
    ● Collaborate with technical teams to understand Tagetik functionalities and communicate them clearly and effectively.
    ● Ensure an efficient learning process and provide ongoing support for new colleagues.
