What you bring

• Consumer oriented mindset and ability to translate consumer insights into exciting initiatives
• Curiosity and ability to identify market opportunity by observing the market, competition, trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to develop ideas into convincing presentations.
• Strong ability to analyze consumer insights and financial data to generate brand plans and activations that will strengthen key brand indicators and translate into sales and profits.
• Ability to manage diverse projects simultaneously, with a proactive style and hands-on approach.
• Previous experience in FMCG is required (product development, packaging, advertising and promotions, pricing etc.).
• Creative person, good abilities of analysis and synthesis, problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Minim 3 years previous brand management experience

Responsabilitati

What you will do
• Implements the yearly activity plan and assigned marketing initiatives in time, in full for assigned brand / category, aligned with the Senior Category Manager
• Contributes to the development of Annual Commercial Plan for the assigned category with the Senior Category Manager
• Monitors the performance of the category compared to the established objectives and proposes corrective / incentive actions for improvement to the Senior Category Manager.
• Participates in the evaluation of innovation opportunities in the category and contributes to the development of innovation initiatives based on clear consumer insights and respecting internal procedures
• Coordinates New product development projects for the assigned category, from idea generation, marketing mix, launch plan and post-evaluation
• Coordinates packaging design and artwork for assigned projects respecting internal regulations and legislation in force in close connection and approves with key stake holders
• Initiates all trademark registration / protection procedures by collaborating with Central Legal
• Monitors the implementation of the pricing strategy for the category he / she is responsible for and of the competitive brands
• Monitors the budget established for the assigned category, follows the recording of expenses according to the company procedure, ensuring that the expenditure budget is maintained within the established limits and informs the direct superior of any deviation.
• Analysis of competition and proposal of directions for increasing sales and turnover of the brands he is responsible for;
• Performs regular market visits.
