We are seeking a System Analyst for NetSuite to join our team and support the end-to-end analysis process for internal projects. As a System Analyst, you will be a key member of the Corporate Technology, Financial Applications  team, working with various internal teams to maximize the value of our corporate technological environment. Your role will involve collaborating with key team members and business stakeholders to understand business needs and issues, translating those needs into actionable requirements, and participating in design, implementation, and testing activities. You will also provide post-implementation support.

Your task will include:

• Support the entire business analysis workflow, from problem definition to requirements specification. Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Develop a deep understanding of business requirements by working with business owners, subject matter experts, enterprise architects, product owners, and application developers through interviews and brainstorming sessions
• Consider the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment and define functional and system requirements accordingly
• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business processes, systems, and technologies
• Create the necessary project documentation to support solution design, development, and testing. Provide post-implementation support
• Ensure that requirements documentation is accurate, accepted by business stakeholders, and fully understood by the technical team before solutions are designed and implemented
• Maintain professional and productive communication with business and technical stakeholders and peers
• Follow the working and documentation standards accepted by the team

What we expect from you:

• Ability to facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, priorities, limitations, and restrictions
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst, with experience in web projects/services
• Experience with systems 'integration such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP Concur, Coupa it's an advantage
• Experience in setting up processes and communications with stakeholders and team members
• Experience in using best practices for gathering and documenting complete and detailed system and functional requirements
• Practical experience with modeling notations (BPMN, UML) and tools is an advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) is an advantage
