Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree.

1-3 years of auditing experience in corporate risk, procurement, quality, or process management.

Structured, diligent, reliable, and independent worker.

Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of Excel; SAP ARIBA is a plus.

Team player with high social competence.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Passion for corporate sustainability with experience in sustainable supply chain management, ESG operations, or related areas.

Experience in internal and external stakeholder management.

Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assess suppliers' sustainability performance in environmental and social aspects.

Define and implement ESG improvement measures.

Support the development of the sustainable sourcing scheme.

Represent ESG internally and externally, providing sustainability expertise.

Collaborate with an international team.

Facilitate compliance with environmental and social practices, making a significant contribution to sustainability.
