We are Schaeffler, and our focus is a clean mobility, and we have our engineers who are working on this. But we also need you, a passionate HR colleague, as we want to develop the Global HR Team who is offering support to our worldwide colleagues with focus on learning and development.

• You will be part of a Global HR Team ensuring and controlling defined support processes;
• You will have the opportunity to participate in global project implementation on SAP SuccessFactors and the opportunity to offer support and learn the most state-of-the-art HR Solutions, handle incidents and provides feedback;
• Act as support for the Global Key User for assigned system/module;
• Your ideas can shape Schaeffler transformation strategy towards an integrated global HR Cloud and a first-class employee experience;
• Participate in the testing sessions for new functionalities, updates or new systems;
• Creating or updating documentation;
• Community management, integrating the relevant information in the internal pages for the targeted stakeholders.

• Academic degree or student in Communication, Business Informatics, HR or any related field;
• Proficiency in German language;
• Basic understanding of HR processes,cloud computing and software as a service;
• Very good communication skills and high commitment to work and ability for teamwork;
• Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working;
• Fluent English language skills written and spoken.
