Accounts Payable/Receivable Accountant

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

Requirements

✔ University degree in Finance or related fields
✔ Experience in AP/AR is a plus
✔ Fluent in English (German, Czech, Hungarian, French, Slovak, or Serbian is a plus)
✔ Good MS Office & SAP FI/MM skills are an advantage
✔ Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

✔ Perform accounting tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
✔ Process invoices, payments, claims, credit & debit notes in SAP
✔ Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
✔ Monitor overdue payments and support the dunning process
✔ Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners
✔ Support audits and contribute to process improvements & digitalization
