Marketing Internship

What will you do?

• Support the development of brand activation programs in line with brand guidelines and objectives, including promotions, consumer engagement mechanics, and communication materials across various brand touchpoints (digital, POS, etc.), from briefing to implementation;
• Collaborate with other functions to gather necessary information and to ensure the required alignment for a proper brand management, in line with market standards and company’s process and procedures;
• Provide administrative and operational support for brand activation projects;
• Contribute to project implementation, tracking, and evaluation;
• Work on communication materials & marketing campaigns;
• Develop an understanding of consumer behaviors;
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for brand strategy.

• Student (final year of study preferably) or fresh graduate, Marketing background preferred;
• Basic understanding and interest in FMCG consumer promotions and brand activation;
• Ability to follow through on assigned projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Presentation skills and ability to create professional documents.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
• A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for marketing.
• Evidence of leadership, teamwork, and achievements in academic and/or extracurricular activities.
• Good level of English language – both writing and conversational;
• Proficient in using MS Office.

• Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Salary (gross): 5500 lei/month
• Period: April 1st – September 30th 2025
• Location: mix with work from home
