Brand Activation in Offline Internship

What will you do?

• Support the Ploom Brand Activation in Offline team by executing specific activities across various offline consumer interaction as well as internal logistical and operational tasks.
• Assist in developing communication materials and marketing assets for offline campaigns, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams.
• Monitor and consolidate brand performance data from various consumer touchpoints (121 activations, pop-ups, trade programs).
• Track and analyze competitor activities, including promotions, product launches, and offline communication strategies.
• Monitor industry-related news and trends to provide insights into market dynamics.

• Student or fresh graduate (Marketing preferred).
• Experience in marketing or research projects, training, or internships is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ambitious, curious, and eager to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Salary (gross): 5500 lei/month
• Period: April 1st – September 30th 2025
