    Requirements

    - You have preferably prior experience in sales or a related field, ideally in the food delivery industry. 
    - You’re fluent in English and Romanian language, possess good communication and collaboration skills.
    - You demonstrate an analytical mindset and have experience leveraging tools to tackle challenges and, ideally, experience working with a CRM.
    - You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily overcoming obstacles and quickly adapting to change.
    - Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to problems and a strong sense of ownership.

    Responsibilities

    As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for expanding the merchant selection by primarily activating inbound leads, such as self-sign-ups and new locations for existing partners. 

    In addition, you’ll assist the team with acquiring and onboarding new providers and ensuring the quality of new lead generation in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) pipeline for outbound activities.

    Main tasks and responsibilities: 

    - Coordinating the lead funnel, including processing inbound leads, contacting merchants, scheduling meetings, and closing for platform activation.
    - Tracking all sales activities, including emails, calls, and next steps, in the CRM to generate a comprehensive history.
    - Ensuring the integrity of CRM data and sales process by analysing and advising on improvements within the team, including quality checks.
    - Contributing to growth targets by increasing sales, maintaining communication with our partners and conducting market research to identify Bolt Food expansion opportunities.
    - Supporting the Sales Team with ad hoc tasks and projects.
