Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a variety of tasks, with guidance from the team.
Fluent in English, with clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) is a must.
Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Team support: Assist the Brand team in tracking deadlines and preparing materials for projects, campaigns, and events.
Design liaison: Create and evaluate design briefs and develop simple visual materials such as infographics, slides, and templates.
Asset Management: Organise and maintain the Brand team’s digital asset libraries, ensuring assets are easily accessible, aligned with brand standards, and meet the needs of non-designers.
Guideline and quality oversight: Assist in reviewing guidelines and provide input for updates to ensure relevance and alignment with the brand strategy. Regularly conduct quality checks to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
Creative community support: Animate and engage our community of "non-designers", fostering effective use of brand resources and tools like Canva.
