    Requirements

    Requirements:
    - Expertise in Cloud Orchestration and Automation.
    - Broad knowledge of most important programming languages and automation as Code
    - Broad knowledge in common Linux distribution and Windows Server versions 2016/2019/2022.
    - Knowledge of Network, Switching, VPN and Firewall configuration in Azure.
    - Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation.
    - 5+ yrs of experience (3-5 yrs in DevOps)
    - Fluent English
    - German is an advantage

    Responsibilities

    Main responsibilities:

    - Respond to take ownership of & resolve incidents, by following established processes and documented work steps.
    - Escalate to appropriate experts and supporting teams.
    - Plan, present and execute changes.
    - Create technical documents, and document processes, user/how to guides.
    - Uses relevant information for timely diagnosis and enable workarounds and solutions to keep the service running at the agreed service levels. Meet or exceed customer expectations / service level agreements.
    - Create and manage vendor support cases (i.e. Citrix).
    - Independently performing predefined and described SSRs.
    - Be part of the on-call duty operation.
