-Good English skills.
-Detail oriented. Available to work afternoon shift.
-Work experience in customer support/collections/finance will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training.

Schedule: Monday- Friday (15:30-00:30)

Responsibilities

-Attend to finance customer phone call queues
-Able to take customer payment for credit card over the phone
-Send customers invoices, account statements and call customers to collect debts
-Customer to customer device transfer cases
-Issue credits notes
