    Your Profile:


    Be a student or graduate after January 2026

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Systems Business and Economics or equivalent/related fields

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills e

    Results orientated, with a positive pro-active attitude and willingness to contribute, learn and deliver

    Polite but persistent, with good collaboration and negotiation skills to help make sure people get things done in time

    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (at least B2, preferably C1 level of proficiency)

    Passionate about eCommerce or IT but seeing yourself in a Product or Project management role rather than as an Engineer / Developer

    Enjoys working in a diverse from different geo-locations, and flexible and willing to accommodate meetings across various time zones, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with global team members.

    Responsibilities

    Join the Digital Go To Market HP Store team focusing on Direct To Consumer eCommerce sales on hp.com

    Assisting the Personalisation Program Manager who is accountable for leading this global initiative across all stakeholder groups globally

    Practice hands-on eCommerce Program Management and Program Managements skills

    Provide day-to-day support in onsite personalisation activities and make recommendations for improvement of campaigns.

    Work with Personalisation Program Manager and Merchandising experts to continuously fine-tune personalisation tools settings and share knowledge.

    Learning about and using Onsite Personalisation related tools and data to uncover opportunities

    Monitoring active Personalisation campaigns, creating and assigning tasks to relevant teams for follow-up

    Gathering inputs from various stakeholders, compiling, and sending updates and reports (emails, presentations)

    Assist for internal communication such as Newsletter with gathering contents o raise awareness of the team’s activities and accomplishments for engagement.

    Developing your expertise in eCommerce and understanding the importance of personalisation on revenue uplifting
