- Fluency in English.
- Experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a real-time or live operations environment.
- Experience in technical support, equipment maintenance, or similar roles, ideally in a gaming, casino, or live operations environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, networking, and software issues.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques for proactive issue detection.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT compliance.
- Install, Configure and maintain computer, hardware, printers and network systems within the company;
- Diagnose, resolve and provide daily support to internal staff, addressing technical, hardware and software issues;
-Offer professional assistance and system support to enhance organizational operations;
- Perform root cause analysis and escalate issues when necessary;
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems;
- Diagnose network problems, and maintain routers, switches and other networking equipment;
- Install and update enterprise software applications;
- Manage inventory for IT equipment, ensuring proper deployment and usage;
- Troubleshoot software issues and manage software licensing;
- Provide support for various office and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems, CRM systems);
- Manage backup solutions for data and systems to ensure continuity in case of failures;
- Maintain detailed documentation of systems configurations, network topologies, and support incidents.
