    SKILLS REQUIRED:

    Fluency in English (written and verbal).
    Knowledge & Professional Skills:
    Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
    Familiarity with personnel file management and document scanning tools.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data appropriately.
    Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    Experience with HR software or document management systems is a plus.

    JOB ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY

    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to join our team for a 6-month contract with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR team with various administrative and operational tasks. This includes auditing personnel files, scanning documents, updating the electronic archive, and providing general support to the HR Payroll and Admin teams. The Junior HR Generalist will ensure that all HR documentation is accurately maintained and assist with various HR functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Audit of Personnel Files: Review and audit employee files to ensure all required documentation is complete and up to date.
    Document Scanning and Archiving: Scan and upload documents to the electronic archive system.
    HR Payroll & Admin Support: Assist the HR Payroll team with data entry and processing; help the HR Admin team with general administrative tasks such as preparing reports and forms.
