    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and deliver communications / campaigns that focus on LSEGs Cloud transformation initiatives.
    • Apply our communications framework to create engaging multi-channel communications through platforms such as Outlook, Viva, and Teams, that inspire and educate our customers on platform changes, enhancements, and new features, with a particular emphasis on Cloud technologies and their impact.
    • Draft content and collaborate with internal Cloud teams to communicate with the audiences via multiple channels including news, videos, and cloud-based platforms on intranet. Apply standards that promote continuity and consistency across the organization's communications practices.
    • Identify new and exciting formats, tools to increase the quality of our internal communications and drive engagement across the company - drawing on external best practices.
    • Schedule, identify learning needs, run training sessions, and measure them against predefined KPIs to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.

    Candidate Profile / Key Skills:

    • 5+ years' internal communications experience within an in-house internal comms role with a focus on change, transformation, and cloud communications.
    • Passion and flair for technical, business, and creative writing - and at pace.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a focus on delivery and execution across multiple channels and audiences - able to juggle many competing projects and priorities at the same time.
    • Proactive, a 'can do' attitude, with a willingness to 'roll your sleeves up' bringing new ideas and suggestions to the table.
    • Experience with MS Office Suite including Office 365, SharePoint, Poppulo, and other mass communications systems, as well as cloud-based tools and platforms.
    • Able to influence various collaborators and build trusted relationships.
    • Experience working with and maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
    • Exposure or knowledge of the financial services industry and cloud technologies preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.
