Responsibilities

Below are listed our open positions for the summer, so don’t hesitate to choose the one(s) that spark your interest and send in your application! Your major or years of studies are not a deciding factor here, so we appreciate if you can explain in your application why you are interested.


Data Enrichment Specialist

In this role you will

- Monitor and maintain clients’ source-to-screen procurement data processes in collaboration with the data engineering team
- Troubleshoot possible data-related challenges on your own, and by cooperating with your colleagues and with clients
- Deliver high-quality data enrichment services such as spend classification and supplier consolidation service for our clients
- Take the initiative to improve our data enrichment processes as well as our software to increase the speed and quality of handling clients’ spend data


Data Engineering Specialist

In this role you will

- Collaborate with team members and clients to gain a deep understanding of our client’s procurement analytics requirements
- Work with a combination of Azure, Microsoft, SQL and Sievo’s own proprietary integration tools
- Build the data integrations and migrations required for Sievo applications and be able to document and communicate the process cross-functionally within the Sievo team
- Analyze and comprehend client data across cloud and on-premises ERP systems
- Interface between Sievo’s integration field and customers' IT and project team
- Interest in automating processes, genuine ETL enthusiasm, intermediate SQL skills and Azure / cloud fundamentals are considered as an advantage


Data Steward

In this role you will

- Build, monitor and maintain the quality of data in Sievo’s central supplier database
- Validate supplier normalization results provided by AI and how 3rd party data links to harmonized suppliers
- Migrate our existing customers’ supplier data to the new central tool
- Work with a combination of Sievo’s own proprietary tools, Microsoft SQL, and Microsoft Office tools
- Provide active improvement ideas to the tools created for our centralized data services
- Ensure that everything you do is robust, sustainable, and scalable
- Handle customer requests on quality of parenting results


Data Support Specialist

In this role you will

- Assist in managing, troubleshooting, and resolving data-related customer requests through our support platform
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve clients’ data challenges efficiently
- Utilize SQL queries to investigate, analyse, and resolve data issues
- Proactively enhance data management processes and software to improve the speed and quality of handling client spend data and requests
- Serve as a subject matter expert in data management by actively communicating with clients via email and occasionally participating in client meetings


Sales Development Specialist

In this role you will

- Take part in the sales processes of a global leading SaaS company and learn how to operate in global B2B market
- Kick-start your career in sales and marketing by gaining an understanding of the whole sales pipeline from a lead to a closed deal
- Find qualified leads and new sales opportunities for Sievo through various inbound and outbound outreach methods by using multi-channel outreach and our sales tech stack
- Lead and participate in various cross-functional projects related to marketing, sales, sales development, and presales
- Practice and develop your presentation skills and partner with internal stakeholders as well as interact with procurement executives from world’s top companies


Solution Specialist

In this role you will

- Collaborate with team members and clients to gain a deep understanding of our client’s procurement analytics requirements
- Collaborate with the Sievo team to design and configure Sievo applications to meet client needs
- Get your hands dirty with SQL databases, QlikSense and Sievo’s proprietary application tools
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers’ super users and project teams to identify opportunities for added value and business growth
- Prior experience in using and/or enthusiasm to learn technologies such as QlikSense and SQL is considered an advantage

What you can expect from Summer Academy:

- Hands on work and real-life projects. You will be working on real tasks and projects, so you will be taking on responsibilities, contributing to your team’s success, and able to see your impact.

- Career opportunities. Summer Academy takes place approximately between July and September. After Summer Academy, you could potentially join us in a part-time role or even become a full-time Sievonian.

- Amazing people. Our greatest perk is Sievonians! You will work together with talented and caring people. Our team members in Bucharest and the Sievonians in the other two locations are both very supportive!

- Hybrid working. We'd love for you to spend some time with us at our office in Bucharest. That said, we also recognize that you may want to work remotely at times, so we are flexible in that regard.
