Monitor contract renewal dates and deadlines for a portfolio of clients.
Initiate contact with clients in advance of contract expiration to discuss renewal options.
Provide clients with detailed information on renewal terms, pricing, and benefits.
Address client questions and concerns regarding contract renewals.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and align renewal options accordingly.
Work with clients to negotiate renewal terms and conditions, including pricing, contract length, and service levels.
Prepare and send renewal proposals to clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team or account managers to finalize renewal agreements.
Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to renewal agreements.
Ensure that all renewal paperwork is properly completed and filed.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams as needed to address contract adjustments.
Monitor and report on the progress of contract renewals, tracking both successful renewals and any that require additional attention.
Prepare and maintain renewal revenue forecasts.
Identify opportunities to increase renewal revenue and drive upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
