The Opportunity
You will join the EMEA Operations Management Center group (OMC) at the Goodyear Innovation Center – Global Technology. ​

Among responsibilities, as support specialist, you will be helping OMC team to industrialize EMEA tires by:​

Creating development activity tags (kanban’s) based on project plans in our planning boards.​
First level support in updating project plans to ensure feasible timing of tire development steps.​
Aligning short term planning view to activities in our tire plants based on feedback loops between Global Technology and EMEA plants.​
Updating tire plant development capacities and plant shutdowns in our planning tools.​
Refreshing daily OMC reports to create up-to-date visibility of ongoing development work.​
In a customer-oriented environment, you will be mainly interacting with Regional Quality New Product Industrialization (NPI), as well with applied projects representatives.

Responsabilitati

Location

Romania - Bucharest
Languages

Fluency in English Language.
Education

A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain or a similar discipline.
Experience

1-3 years’ experience in an operational or manufacturing environment.


Knowledge and Skills

Team Player and self-accountable.​
Rigorous​
Good written and oral communication skills.​
Good computer knowledge (MS Office).
