Packaging Specialist

Our SCM Department in Brasov is looking for a new colleague to join the team!

What you will do as a Packaging Specialist:

• Draft and complete the LoqiQ request during the Project Quotation Phase to accurately determine packaging costs based on the proposed packaging concept.
• Manage packaging data in SAP systems, Packaging Specification Data Sheets, and ensure customer approvals.
• Serve as the main point of contact with customers for packaging issues before and after SOP.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and customers for packaging changes, facilitating clear communication and resolution of packaging topics or issues.
• Develop comprehensive packaging concepts and perform detailed calculations in line with customer requirements.
• Evaluate materials and designs to assess cost-effectiveness and reliability of packaging solutions.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in packaging development within manufacturing or logistics.
• Proficiency in packaging systems including SAP, with robust data management skills.
• Strong analytical skills for calculations and cost analysis with project management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and experience managing complex stakeholder relationship
