    The HROPS Advisor is responsible for managing the administration of the employee lifecycle through HRIS system (Workday), providing solutions to first line employee and technical HR queries, and ensuring the integrity of the employees' data that we hold for all our people. Close cooperation with all other HR functions to build stringent and efficient processes and also support with relocation and immigration tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the HR administration, including but not limited to processing new hires, promotions, transfers etc. through the HRIS system and preparing all related documentation.
    • Prepare documentation for income/employment certificates and collect all medical certificates.
    • Maintaining the absence management system and working with HRBP and HRIS to ensure absence data remains up to date and legislative changes are captured in Workday.
    • Collection of new starter forms and documents.
    • Resolve first line queries and liaise with relevant teams to find solutions, including Payroll and Benefits queries, utilizing the Service Now ticketing system and email/face to face queries.
    • Collaborate with HRIS for continuous systems and process improvements.
    • Take part in projects to enhance the Workday system and internal processes, providing requirements and completing UAT and sign off.
    • Assist with relocations, organizing work passes/visas etc.
    • Carry out regular audits to ensure clean HRIS data.
    • Coordinate with Legal Advisor (both internal and external) to ensure all paperwork is compliant and new legislation is understood and adhered to.
    • Collecting and managing photographs of employees to be used within our systems.
    • Assist with the upkeep of the HR intranet page.
    • Assists with ad-hoc tasks and projects.

    Requirements:

    • Able to work alone on a broad variety of administration tasks;
    • Superior analytical and organizational skills;
    • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work;
    • Able to prioritize and meet tight schedules and targets;
    • Previous experience of dealing with immigration/visa transfers is an advantage;
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
    • Experience working in a similar position;
    • Experience with HRIS ("Workday" an advantage);
    • Fluent in English.
