Requirements

What typically gives a good starting point for a Junior Business Intelligence Specialist?

- Understanding of relational databases, SQL, or some other programming language
- Understanding of Qlik Sense, or other BI tools (such as PowerBI or Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent working style and taking ownership of what you do
- Ability to learn quickly and pick up new software
- Strong desire to serve and support customers
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, other language skills are appreciated
- Also, basic understanding of the Procurement/Finance context is a plus

Responsibilities

As a Junior Business Intelligence Specialist, you will:

- Serve our diverse customer base and support all the different solutions we offer
- Be the first in line tackling the challenges our customers have, advising them when they have questions about our software
- Troubleshoot data flow issues and implement configuration changes to dashboards, charts and KPIs using SQL and Qlik Sense
- Actively communicate with customers in writing through our support platform and occasionally participate in client meetings
- Resolve support requests on your own or by cooperating with teammates and other teams like Customer Success Managers, Data Engineers, Data Managers and Software Developers
- Take part in the continuous development of our internal processes and ways-of-working
- Work mainly during the daytime, but be available for evening shifts that end at 1 am to offer support for our customers in the Americas

The pay for this position ranges from 5000 to 5900 RON/net per month. This is a full-time position and offers a great starting point at Sievo for someone with strong analytical skills and a customer service mindset.
