Sales Digital Internship

What will you do?

• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of activities related to ongoing digitization and technology projects.
• Offer direct support in implementing new tools to streamline sales and trade marketing processes.
• Collect business requirements related to digitalization, technologization, and efficiency needs and assist in transforming those needs into specific technical requirements.
• Develop and validate specific reports for the sales and trade marketing teams.
• Ensure support for business continuity planning in case of application downtime within the Sales department.

Who are we looking for?

• Student in final years of study;
• Experience with databases and / or IT business applications / systems
• Basic knowledge in sales and trade marketing activities
• Good analysis skills
• Good communication skills
• Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Good abilities in using of MS Office.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.

Commitment:

• Full time flexible program: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Period: July 1st – September 30th 2025
• Location: mix with work from home
• JTI Romania HQ : Bucharest, Dimitrie Pompei 9-9A.
