British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for an Employee Services Specialist with German in Bucharest.
This role is a first point of contact for handling the correct case assignment, replies to HR Shared Services requests using the adequate reply channels, HR knowledge, standard operating procedures, and other internal guides.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the entire staff administration process, monitor the flows associated with the processes within the employment cycle (hiring, contractual changes, terminations, suspensions) by executing the transactions assigned to it
- Monitor the data synchronization process from SuccessFactors
- Generate/compile standard reports and predefined reports for data transfers to other stand-alone systems
- In charge of conducting regular data audit activities in order to ensure data integrity and solve the identified problems
- Manage project activities and develop guidelines and working materials as a result of project implementation
- Monitor their own and their team's performance relative to service standards in order to ensure that their support and services are provided in accordance with agreed service levels and established performance indicators
- Identify and implement improvement points in data management, data processing and other process flows in their area of responsibility
- Provide the necessary support in the induction process of new colleagues and perform ad-hoc work tasks as requested by the direct manager
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, such as PeopleDoc Document Generation, takeover of additional scope, implement new processes
- Customer Service - provides services necessary to meet customer needs, identifies continuous opportunities to deliver services with a professional result and good quality;
- Effective Communication and problem solving mindset - Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills related to different communication channels and different groups of people
- Proficient in English and German
- HR Technology - thorough knowledge of the systems and technologies used (SuccessFactors - Employee Central, Case Management System, Knowledge Management System, PeopleDoc) and clear and precise identification of possible problems, as well as ways of addressing them;
- Payroll - knowledge of payroll processes and basic rules, as well as the local Payroll systems;
