Order Management Steward with German

You will seamlessly manage orders within the SAP system, meticulously schedule deadlines, and optimize logistics for our high voltage switchgear products.

• You are in charge of material orders and assembly orders from our global manufacturing network and handle clarification with material disposition, production planning, packing area, and purchasing.
• Independently create production orders and track your projects using various tools.
• Support or tackle projects for process optimization (digitalization/ automation).
• Creating and running orders and order confirmations in SAP
• Data entry in IT tools relevant for order processing (mainly SAP)
• Clarification and updating in case of delivery date changes from factory or customer side
• Checking, gathering, summarizing and forwarding the delivery documentation, and tracking delivery dates and logistic milestones
• Requesting and following up of delivery documentation of sub-suppliers
• Coordinating and communicating all terms and information with transportation and processing service providers for the entire logistics process, in order to ensure trouble-free and cost-effective shipping and document flow.

• +2 years of experience in order processing and working with SAP
• Basic understand of technology and of manufacturing processes, preferably experience in factory processes
• Good written and oral communication skills, structured way of working, quality consciousness, ability to work in a team, distinct self-organization
• International experience
• Proficient in German and English
